Privacy Pull Down Screen for Titan 4m Pergola

The Privacy Screen for 4m Titan Pergola would make the perfect addition to our Titan pergola range in order to make your garden area more private and to add more protection against the elements.
This screen can be attached to your 4m Titan pergola and pulled down in order to create a more private area, offer shade, or offer protection from wind by creating a more sheltered space.
This item includes one screen but to offer an even more private space we would recommend purchasing multiple screens to close off the pergola entirely - ideal for using over hot tubs if you have neighbours that overlook your garden. Please note, for Titan pergolas ordered prior to 2022 you can use a maximum of 3 privacy screens per pergola as the side with the handle will not take a screen. For Titan pergolas purchased in or after 2022, you will be able to fit all 4 sides with a privacy screen.
This screen is an exclusive design for our Titan pergola range and will not fit any other pergola collections or Titan wall-mounted pergolas purchased before 2022.
This textilene material is fully weather-resistant and can be left outdoors all year round with little maintenance.
The screen is attached to your pergola via aluminium framework and an aluminium roller which need to be drilled into the underside of the pergola as well as the pergola legs and then clipped in to those carefully aligned attachments. Full instructions on how to do this will be included with the product. The aluminium framework will perfectly match the colour of your pergola and has a RAL code of 9016. When you wish to open your pergola back up simply push the screen up back into the aluminium roller.

All standard deliveries will be completed within 3-5 working days via our own delivery service, any delay to this delivery time, the customer will be notified by our warehouse.

We will contact you to arrange a delivery date delivery’s are between Monday and Friday.

  • In-Store delivery charge will vary compared with online, in-store delivery charge is done on a case by case basis
  • Local delivery is within 20 miles of any Blackbrooks Garden Centre store qualify for free delivery

Furniture & Large Items

Furniture orders outside our free delivery zones will be delivered to you via a specialist pallet service in conjunction with Blackbrooks Garden Centre. Please allow 5-7 days for this service. The courier will contact customer before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Faulty Goods

If you discover the goods are faulty, you must notify us of the defect within seven days of the date of delivery. We may inspect the goods by asking you to send the goods to us as soon as possible.

If we agree with you that the goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by Your neglect or misuse of the goods, we will, at your choice replace, refund or repair (if possible under warranty ) the faulty goods at no cost to you. We will refund any reasonable costs you prove that you have incurred in returning the faulty goods to us. We recommend that you keep postal receipts for this purpose.

Incorrect Goods

If we send you incorrect goods, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within a 7 days.

We will either:

  • arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from you.or
  • ask You to return the goods to us by post.

We will then:

  • send You the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods; or
  • refund the price of the goods and delivery

Cancellation

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods within seven working days of delivery of the goods to you.

The ability to cancel orders does not apply to goods which have been worn, washed and/or otherwise used.

To cancel your order you can email us at enquiries@blackbrooks.co.uk with your instructions, entering the words ‘order cancel’ in the subject title quoting your order number. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging, quoting the order number. We advise that you return any goods using a signed for postal service in order to ensure a safe return.

We will only refund the purchase price if we have received payment of the price, when we have received the goods from you in an undamaged state.

Returns will be at your cost.
